A hidden gem in Connecticut, Colchester is filled with amazing farmers, cheese makers and bakers making it a perfect place for a farm to table restaurant. Our location in the heart of this amazing community allows us to have a dynamic menu that is ever changing with the season and allows for the best quality produce to be featured in our dishes.
We pride ourselves in using such great farms as Cold Spring Farm, Savitsky Farm, Fish Family Farms as well utilizing cheese made by Cato Corner Farm and Mystic Cheese Co. A new experience every time you walk through our doors.As the seasons change our local farms bring us new produce allowing for our menu to always be different, providing a new food experience every time you walk through our doors.
Our dynamic menu lets our guests taste the New England seasons as they change. Our chef /owner Tim Marotto brings his years of experience and travels to every dish for an unforgettable time. The combination of best quality local produce and the great skill of Chef Tim make for amazing dishes that will have our guest wanting more.
The Atmosphere is like no other. The open kitchen allows for our guests to see their food as it is being prepared and to interact with Chef Tim and our knowledgeable staff can provide information about the farms we use and where our produce comes from, helping bridge the gap between the farms we use and your pallet. Our manager/owner Sergio Mesen brings his New Orleans flare and love for music that adds to our welcoming environment and a relaxed atmosphere.

We at Vintage are aware of the roles farms played in the development of our great country and in the growth of New England, we take pride in being part of this great American tradition of supporting our local farmers and community.
